How do you say Ceviche

I know it's not Greek, but the fresh fish is awesome. Both of these are with Sea Bass, but prepared very different. Both are delish!

Other meals I've had, the grilled seabass, beetroot salad (as beets are in season now), grilled octopus and horiatiki salad.

And finally, I love how the foam heart remains in the cup until my very last sip!
