As a beachcomber, I enjoy seeking and finding sea treasures and learning about them. Each day the sea presents what it will to me. I can't go in search of something in particular. Which teaches patience. Patience to be presented what the seas and nature will, if any thing, present. Here, I am learning more about the native treasures.

Yes I did find this 2 Cents, BUT look at the tiny sea urchin shells next to it! Not sure how I can preserve them to bring home. Speaking of, the locals don't like us picking up treasures. I've had passerbys yelling at me.... in Greek so I have no idea what they are saying, I say sorry, they walk on!

The picture that looks like dentures, are actually from an oyster shell. Look at the oyster with what I think is a pearl forming.

Then when you see the camouflage these creatures have in order to survive. You'd walk by this ugly clam, but turn it over and it's mother of pearl inside....just a beauty! The beauty is on our inside!

Look at my collection so far! I am only allowed 50 lbs per luggage...... i'm in trouble!
